My therapy sessions are designed to dissect personal issues and provide clients with effective tools to help them understand both healthy and unhealthy patterns that they are perpetuating in their lives. My therapy model is used to help clients know what they are able to change and what they are unable to change... and the awareness to know the difference.

This joint process between a therapist and a person in therapy brings about common goals that inspire change and improve quality of life. Some issues may seem too big and hard to face alone.
Therapy can help people overcome obstacles to their well-being. It can increase positive feelings, such as compassion and self-esteem. People in therapy can learn skills for handling difficult situations, making healthy decisions, and reaching goals. Many find they enjoy the therapeutic journey of becoming more self-aware.
The work done in couples therapy is a means of resolving problems and conflicts that you and your partner have not been able to handle effectively on your own. It involves both partners sitting down with a trained psychotherapist to discuss your thoughts and feelings. My aim is to help you and your partner gain a better understanding of yourself and your partner, to decide if you need and want to make changes, and if so, to offer you the non-judgmental support and guidance to regain your passion.
Families can benefit from therapy when they experience any stressful event that may strain family relationships, such as financial hardship, divorce, or the death of a loved one. In addition, it can be effective in treating mental health concerns that impact the family as a whole, such as depression, substance abuse, or everyday concerns, like communication problems, interpersonal conflict, or behavioral problems in children and adolescents.
Family counseling aims to promote understanding and collaboration among family members in order to solve the problems of one or more individuals.

I have a sliding scale from $80 – $150:
55,000 or less $80.00
56,000 – 66,000 $90.00
67,000 – 77,000 $100.00
78,000 – 83,000 $110.00
84,000 – 89,000 $120.00
90,000 – 99,000 $135.00
100,000 or more $150.00
I accept Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, personal checks, or cash.
Sessions are 55 minutes in length.
Cancellations are allowed if made 24 hours or more in advance of your appointment.
You will be charged $75 on a credit card for the appointment if you fail to cancel by calling at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time.
